A concept taken through to launch
The design shipped into the product: everything that happens after login, retail and business banking, on mobile and on web. All the flows were signed off, the existing design system was extended. We came in at the concept stage and rebuilt it into a working product.
Everything that happens after login: retail and business banking, mobile and web. The styles laid down then are still in use.
How the work ran: in a pair, a workshop on the client side, sign-off at the end. The team sat in the client's office, and twenty flows went through that loop in a single sprint. We staffed this bank ourselves, and some of those people kept working there long after we left.
Four years later we came back to the same bank. The base we laid down then had not changed.
