# Wicked Reports

## A report per sprint, straight to release

Every priority business report went through a design sprint and shipped straight to release. The business set the priorities and we worked alongside them. Users drowned in the data. The product question came down to what to show and what to drop. Rebuilding the whole product meant getting buried in it.

The first Google Design Sprint was run by Google itself for its partners, and we went through it under their guidance in Redwood City. The second was theirs too, remotely, during covid. After that we ran the sprints ourselves.

We worked on this product for several years, coming back to it more than once. Over that stretch the client's business doubled.
