# Holodilnik

## A checkout rebuilt from scratch

We walked the purchase funnel step by step and marked where people drop off. The checkout had the most to gain. We rebuilt it, essentially from scratch. The new checkout is in production and in use.

We worked closely with marketing: campaigns and partner programs. We built a landing-page constructor for those programs, and internal pages for the different brands.

The brief asked for three brand concepts. We built three territories for the brand.
